Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive sales training to master sleep needs and conditions, then educate customers on Ashley's full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products. Deliver personalized recommendations based on individual comfort and lifestyle requirements while maintaining a welcoming in-store environment. Champion exceptional guest experiences from initial greeting through post-sale follow-up and assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism. Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals while partnering with visual and operations teams to maintain an efficient showroom.
