Deliver exceptional guest experiences through greeting, in-store engagement, and post-sale follow-up while partnering with visual and operations teams to maintain a welcoming showroom environment. Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals by offering tailored recommendations and resolving customer concerns with professionalism. Complete comprehensive hands-on sales training to master sleep technologies and product knowledge.
