Sleep Clinic Liaison

Job Summary
On-site responsibilities include providing non-clinical communication and coordination between sleep doctors, patients, and referral sources; handling intake inquiries and pertinent customer order information for coverage criteria; performing PAP device troubleshooting and in-person mask fits; educating on cleaning supplies; performing compliance downloads to support daily workflow; collaborating with designated accounts to provide reporting; maintaining open, proactive communication with patients, referral sources, and internal staff; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of medical customer service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited High School or GED equivalent
- Two years (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills (team player)
- Knowledge and understanding of intake implications of industry change
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and perform setup tasks throughout the workday
- Must be able to safely operate equipment and follow all safety protocols
