Job Summary
Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assess mental status, diagnose DSM-V disorders, and develop treatment plans. Apply psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments. Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Fluent Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Utah by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry
- Licensed by the Utah Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (DEA)
- 1 year of Geriatric Psychiatry experience
- 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals
