Job Summary
Conduct daily slaughter production duties involving fine manipulation of product, pushing and pulling loads, and operating powered equipment or saws. Stand and lift an entire shift while working in extreme cold or hot environments. Handle sharp knives safely in this safety-sensitive, on-site role. Work any shift up to six days per week. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Join Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company dedicated to supplying premium family farm-raised Black Angus beef.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- available to work any shift, up to 6 days per week
- must be willing and capable of working with sharp knives, powered equipment, and/or saws
- able to stand and lift an entire shift
- able to push/pull product an entire shift
- capable of fine manipulation of product
- able to work in extreme cold or hot environments
- This is a safety sensitive position
- This is an on-site position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a production facility is preferred but not required
