Job Summary
Slate CRM Analyst responsible for administration, configuration, optimization, and reporting of the Technolutions Slate CRM platform to support enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, and student lifecycle initiatives. Core duties include configuring and maintaining Slate forms, portals, workflows, dashboards, queries, rules, and communications; managing user roles and security; monitoring performance; data management and reporting (advanced queries, dashboards, data accuracy, imports/exports, forecasting); building automation for emails, SMS, and automated communications; supporting integrations between Slate and SIS via APIs; and providing strategic analytical support for enrollment growth. Requires collaboration with Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing, IT, and Student Affairs; Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years Slate experience; SQL or data-querying skills; strong analytical, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities; knowledge of FERPA and data governance is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Higher Education, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Technolutions Slate or similar CRM
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data querying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments
