SLA Manager - AFC

Job Summary
Oversee AFC contractors’ SLA obligations, maintain and review corrective and preventive maintenance activities, verify KPI performance through monthly SLA reports, substantiate SLA invoices, and develop SOPs and Maximo-based workflows to streamline SLA management and address breaches. Serve as the technical liaison between contracts, operations, and stakeholders, provide feedback for future contract variations, manage the AFC SLA inspection team, and oversee service tickets/work orders through EAMS (Maximo). Prepare and manage interface documents with stakeholders, and conduct workshops to resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Strong knowledge of AFC systems, SLAs, KPIs, and EAMS (Maximo)
- Proven experience in SLA management, maintenance oversight, and contract enforcement
