Plan and execute remediation tasks, logging actions in tracking tools and uploading evidence for stakeholder sign-off. Maintain a centralized repository for validated and archived documentation. Monitor ongoing progress through weekly status slides and real-time dashboards. Deliver a final hand-over package including updated matrices, closure reports, and knowledge-transfer guides.
