Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include providing routine personal care and ADL support to residents, maintaining clean resident care areas, assisting with orientation of new residents, documenting care and reporting changes to the charge nurse, monitoring vital signs, transporting residents as needed, assisting with meals and feeding, and participating in restorative and rehabilitative procedures. Must have or obtain Alabama CNA certification within 120 days; prior CNA experience preferred. Opportunity to PAID to attend CNA training classes.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama or obtain certification within 120 days of hire
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
