SL- Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee - SNF

Provide residents with routine daily personal care and activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Maintain clean resident rooms and care areas while documenting care as instructed. Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in resident condition to charge nurse, and respond promptly to call lights. Assist with transporting residents to dining, therapy, and social programs, and support restorative and rehabilitative procedures. Perform lifting, turning, and positioning tasks using appropriate techniques. This Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee role supports the skilled nursing facility's resident care plan. Current CNA certification in Alabama is required, with experience preferred.
