Job Summary
Handle customer queries/complaints on social media for Retail Liabilities, primarily responding on Social Media websites followed by email and calls. Adhere to agent-level SLAs and Turn Around Time targets, complete end-of-day logs, and maintain information security and quality norms. Act on coaching and feedback to improve performance and provide inputs to enhance work procedures. Requires graduate level education, internet Savvy, ability to use social media tones, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible to work 24/7 (including Sundays/holidays) with 9-hour shifts and be a team player with a proactive, learning mindset.
