Job Summary
Manage the cash drawer and maintain accurate counts while delivering orders in a timely, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Keep the dining area clean and organized, stock food and paper supplies, and serve menu items according to casino recipe standards. Work side by side with team members in a fast-paced environment containing smoke and high noise levels, adhering to all P & Ps set forth by the gaming establishment. Report to work on time in proper uniform, demonstrating above-average oral communication skills and problem-solving capability. Obtain and maintain the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Perform any other duties as assigned by management, including standing and walking for 7 1/2 hours per day while lifting up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Above average oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solving capability
- Ability to count change back to a customer
- Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in casino operations containing smoke and secondhand smoke
- Ability to work with high noise level and bright lights
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day
- Good dexterity in fingers
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to taste, feel, smell, see
- Ability to read, write and speak basic English
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to work in an alcohol-free workplace
