Job Summary
Team Leader role for Sky Channel-VRM to build and nurture relationships with affluent NR customers by profiling clients, identifying opportunities, and matching them to Kotak Group products and solutions. Generate business across liabilities, assets, and fee products to sustain growth in relationship value, revenues, and client stickiness; acquire new affluent clients; collaborate with other businesses to provide NR products with seamless access. Ensure high client satisfaction through Omni Channel engagement, adhere to banking and regulatory processes, manage customer queries, and drive ongoing service delivery improvements. Requires in-depth NR product knowledge with NISM & IRDA certification, strong numerical-analytical and communication skills, and experience in developing and maintaining affluent client relationships. Open to work across global time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- NISM certification (in-depth NR product & process knowledge)
- IRDA certification (in-depth NR product & process knowledge)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong numerical-analytical skills
- Experience building and maintaining affluent customer relationships
- Open to work as per Global time zone
