Conduct daily instruction and assessment to maximize educational achievement for diverse learners, implementing strategies that address multiple intelligences and cultural backgrounds. Develop and manage strategic planning systems for course, unit, and lesson plans while engaging students in active learning, hands-on application, and collaborative conversations. Establish a safe, secure, and respectful classroom culture by managing student misconduct, resolving conflicts, and modeling self-discipline. Collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and the community to support student well-being and provide timely data for continuous improvement. Utilize appropriate technology and teaching strategies that reflect each student's unique learning style and socioeconomic background.
