Job Summary
Conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed sorting, filling, capping, and robotic palletizing systems, including troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, motors, servos, and electrical distribution. Program and calibrate temperature controls, mixers, and digital weight scales while ensuring barcode scanners and date-coders integrate correctly with tracking software. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Adhere to strict GMP and cleanroom protocols, utilizing predictive technologies like thermal imaging and oil analysis to prevent future breakdowns. Perform 12-hour shifts from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am with possible weekend relief coverage.
Required Qualifications
- A proven personal safety record
- 2-5 years related technical experience and/or military experience
- Working knowledge of aspects of electronic control systems including but not limited to PLC's, HMI's, motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, electrical schematics wiring conventions and standard electrical components including 480 volt industrial control circuits, electrical motors and drives
- Experience inspecting equipment using predictive maintenance technologies such as: oil analysis, infrared, ultrasonic, thermal imaging, etc. in order to prevent failures and ensure reliability
- Ability to work flexible schedules including 12 hour days and weekends as business dictates
- Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting or programming Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus
