Skipper

Conduct safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the assigned Company vessel, ensuring personnel safety, marine environmental protection, and vessel security during all marine operations. Manage safe navigation and operation of pilot boats, speed boats, or other assigned marine craft to provide reliable support services including personnel transfer, pilot transfer, standby duties, emergency response, and operational activities. Maintain operational readiness and high standards of customer service while adhering to Company policies, the Safety Management System (SMS), Port Regulations, and all applicable national and international maritime requirements.
