Job Summary
Skip Tracer responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. Not a collections or sales role; involves outbound phone contact with customers, field contractors, and client bank employees. Performs in-depth people/vehicle location searches using court records, credit header data, and location software; locates vehicles via license plate recognition; coordinates with repossession agents; manages the repossession process for bank clients; monitors accounts and addresses issues. Requires strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with G-Suite, MS Office. On-site in Dallas, TX with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivant required
- 1 to 2 years of Automotive Industry, or Collection/Repossession experience preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
