Job Summary
Lead groups of kids ages 5-12 through soccer activities and development games in a safe, fun, structured environment. Manage daily lesson plans with the provided weekly curriculum, set up and clean up the field, attend pre-shift trainings, and communicate effectively with kids and parents. Maintain safety and program rules, and participate in ongoing coaching development. Must be able to work weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds; passion or experience in soccer is a plus.
