Job Summary
Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12 using the Skills Institute curriculum, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork. Create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship while building strong relationships with players and families. Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers professionally and enthusiastically, supporting special events and local marketing initiatives when needed. Commit to consistent weekly shifts throughout the 13-week season with weekend availability, maintaining a dependable, kid-focused attitude to help young athletes develop technical skills and a lasting love for the game.

- Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting
- Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes
- Willingness to learn and develop as a coach
- Successful completion of a background check
