Job Summary
Lead structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12, teaching core skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork while following the Skills Institute curriculum. Create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship, building strong relationships with players and families. Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers professionally and enthusiastically, supporting special events and local marketing initiatives when needed. Commit to consistent weekly shifts throughout the 13-week season with weekend availability required.

- Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude
- Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting
- Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes
- Willingness to learn and develop as a coach
- Successful completion of a background check
