Job Summary

Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12, teaching core skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork. Follow the Skills Institute curriculum to help players develop technical abilities, confidence, and a lasting love for the game while promoting teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Create a positive, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment that builds strong relationships with players and families. Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers professionally throughout the 13-week season, with weekend availability required and potential shifts on weekday afternoons or evenings.

  • Passion for soccer and youth development
  • Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude
  • Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting
  • Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes
  • Willingness to learn and develop as a coach
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Weekend availability
  • Commitment to consistent weekly shifts throughout the 13-week season

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous playing, teaching, or coaching experience
