Job Summary
Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12 using the Skills Institute curriculum, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork. Create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship while building strong relationships with players and families. Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers professionally and enthusiastically, supporting special events and local marketing initiatives when needed. Weekend availability is required with consistent weekly shifts throughout the 13-week season.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for soccer and youth development
- Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude
- Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting
- Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes
- Willingness to learn and develop as a coach
- Successful completion of a background check
- Weekend availability
- Commitment to consistent weekly shifts throughout the 13-week season
