Job Summary

Teach daily living skills, money management, and time management while coaching social interactions and conflict resolution for individuals with behavioral struggles. Provide encouragement and practical support to help clients achieve goals in their individualized treatment plans, whether in community settings, family homes, or natural environments. Collaborate with families and care teams to coordinate services, create detailed documentation notes, and maintain accurate billing for all client activities. Build trusting relationships with diverse clients while promoting independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain annual training hours by completing online continuing education and attending in-person courses, as needed
  • Willingness to work part-time hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience/knowledge working with children with behavioral struggles
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Trained in trauma informed care principles
  • Trained in Non-violent Crisis Intervention
  • Ability to maintain CPI principles in crisis situations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Gmail/Calendar
  • Experience with other system and database
