Job Summary
Provide coaching to L2/3/4/7 accountancy apprentices, hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers, guide learner development through the programme using a bespoke e-portfolio system (including feedback on portfolio submissions, non-technical), monitor learner progression to ensure achievement of knowledge, skills and behaviours of apprenticeship standards, support apprentices through to End Point Assessment, keep accurate records and trackers up to date, and develop professionally across additional areas while representing the brand. Hybrid role with approx. monthly in-person activity in Chelmsford; responsibilities emphasize fostering motivation, organisational skills, and effective communication within a customer-focused training environment.
