Job Summary
Manage an environment of care focused on patients by defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff, and providing leadership for the nursing team. Create and oversee daily operations for skilled and long-term care residents while utilizing electronic medical records and maintaining strong verbal and written communication. Requires a State of Maine Nursing license, demonstrated leadership experience, and proficiency in English. Full-time 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation. Required Qualifications
- State of Maine Nursing license
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence
- Strong leadership aptitude or experience
- Must possess, as a minimum, a State of Maine Nursing license
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Excellent references
- Passing the Maine State Background Check
- OnCall Rotation required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill
