Job Summary
Conduct restoration and disaster recovery services, including water extraction, mold remediation, emergency board-ups, and light demolition when sub-contractors are unavailable. Perform physical labor on construction and demolition sites by painting, installing and texturing drywall, and applying interior and exterior finishes. Maintain vehicles, tools, and job sites by keeping them cleaned, stocked, and ready for rapid response. Support daily project operations through documentation, expense tracking, and communicating updates to leadership. Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols while working in potentially hazardous environments. Be flexible with overtime, weekend work, 24/7 emergency response, and potential travel as needed to ensure client reassurance during their time of need.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess or willingness to obtain a Water Mitigation Certificate within 1 year
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be available for emergency/after-hours/weekend calls
- Must be flexible with overtime, weekend work, 24/7 emergency response, and potential travel as needed
- Must be able to adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Restoration experience, preferred (will train)
- Construction experience, preferred
