Job Summary
Skilled Tradesman – Wheelchair Tech in the Rehab Department at the Arkansas Health Center. Performs specialized maintenance, installation, repair, and construction work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, welding, or painting to maintain state buildings and infrastructure; works closely with Occupational & Physical Therapy for modifications and review of finished products; requires a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of skilled-trades experience; licensure/certifications in trade areas are required if mandated by the trade; state employment with benefits including pension and holidays.
