Job Summary
Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and manage national accounts in the material handling, conveyor, automation, warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial construction sectors. You will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure delivery of skilled trades talent, maintain an active pipeline in CRM, and travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows. The role requires 3+ years of business development in staffing, a hunter mentality, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work remotely while managing a national territory. Competitive base salary ($75,000–$90,000) with OTE ($95,000–$125,000+) and incentives, plus benefits and mileage/vehicle support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Development experience within the staffing industry
- Experience selling staffing services to material handling, conveyor installation, automation, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial clients highly preferred
