Job Summary
Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified Craftworkers by assessing hiring needs and partnering with the Sales Team. Fill orders by recruiting and selecting candidates who match required skills and have proven safety histories, while conducting compliant interviews and hiring evaluations. Drive Craftworker retention through ongoing engagement and maintain accurate records to support operational planning and fulfillment accuracy. Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with Area Operations Managers to match availability with order demand. This full-time, on-site role in Neenah, WI requires Monday-Friday attendance and Microsoft Office proficiency.

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Candidate MUST be able to go into the office Monday-Friday full time- NO remote or hybrid options

- Construction industry knowledge
- iCIMS experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
