Job Summary
Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkers by assessing hiring needs and partnering with the Sales Team to maintain external candidate pipelines and internal benches. Conduct compliant interviews following required protocols, use standardized assessments for hiring evaluations, and fill orders by selecting candidates with proven safety histories and skill records. Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, maintain accurate records and lead lists, and coordinate project fulfillment by monitoring timelines and client needs. Provide inside sales and client-facing support while collaborating with Area Operations Managers to ensure recruiting process excellence and strategic order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Candidate MUST be able to go into the office Monday-Friday full time- no remote or hybrid options
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience in staffing, HR, or customer/client relations
- Construction industry knowledge
- iCIMS experience
- Bachelor's degree
