Job Summary
Skilled Trades Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in marine and industrial trades. Duties include proactive candidate outreach via phone, text, email, and social media; conducting in-person interviews and phone screenings; matching candidates to job orders; managing candidate experience; and maintaining ATS records. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, organization, and people skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior ATS and social media recruiting experience is a plus; knowledge of marine/industrial sectors is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, text, and social media
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of marine and industrial sectors is a plus but not required
- Must work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
