Skilled Trades Recruiter

Skilled Trades Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in marine and industrial trades. Responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing via job boards, social media, and referrals; conducting in-person interviews and phone screenings; matching candidates to job orders; managing candidate experience; building relationships with candidates and clients; and maintaining ATS records. Requires bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and social media, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools is a plus; knowledge of marine and industrial sectors is a plus but not required. Location: Brownsville, TX.
