Job Summary
Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting components, and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Follow all safety standards, codes, and SOPs to ensure compliance and maintain clean, professional job sites. Deliver professional, customer-focused service across residential environments in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on technical experience
- Strong work ethic
- Hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, or installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in residential environments
- Prior HVAC services, installation and maintenance experience
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and service documentation
- Military backgrounds in engineering, aviation, maintenance, facilities, or logistics
- Residential plumbing services, repipe, installation and maintenance
- Strong safety awareness and job discipline
- Electrical, electronics, power, or systems experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-critical work
- Military backgrounds in electrical, avionics, communications, power generation, or engineering
- Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification or HVAC licensure
- HVAC licensure
- Plumbing license or certifications
- Ability to obtain EPA certification or HVAC licensure
- Ability to obtain Plumbing license or certifications
- Military backgrounds in engineering, aviation, maintenance, facilities, or logistics are highly valued
- Military backgrounds in electrical, avionics, communications, power generation, or engineering are highly valued
