Job Summary
As a Skilled Trade / Automotive Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with candidates for various client job orders, acting as a subject matter expert on market trends, and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving skills and creativity
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Experience with Adecco Group North America
