Job Summary
Conduct first and second fix carpentry, including door and frame installation, skirting, architrave, stud partition construction, and flooring. Execute full kitchen removal, installation, and partial replacements, fitting cabinets, worktops, and appliances while coordinating with plumbing and electrical trades. Perform accurate measuring, minor structural timber repairs, and snag rectification within occupied domestic properties. Ensure all work meets health and safety requirements and agreed programmes.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Site Carpentry or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to undertake first and second fix carpentry to a high standard
- Competency in kitchen installation and fitting
- Accurate measuring, marking out, and fitting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other trades
