Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and listen to needs to deliver great service while presenting and selling Value Added Products and Services. Perform standard technical tasks independently and execute complex jobs under supervision as required. Maintain tools and related kit in good condition while understanding and complying with company policies and procedures. Work towards branch and personal KPIs to meet targets. This role supports Carglass®'s mission to repair, exchange, and recalibrate vehicle glass across 40 countries, with the team operating service centers and mobile units globally.
Required Qualifications
- Is technically trained for "Standard" jobs
- Responds effectively by understanding and listening to customer needs
- Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
- Understands company policies and procedures
- Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
- Maintains tools and related kit in good condition
