Job Summary
Manage an efficient recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and secure qualified technical candidates. Create job postings, review applications, and oversee the full interview lifecycle including screening, coordination, and reference checks. Strategically source talent through industry contacts, social media, and employee networks while building long-term pipelines. Maintain accurate applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System, send rejection letters, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Track measurable recruiting facets to set continuous improvement goals and make process recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience within manufacturing
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems
- Full understanding of recruitment best practices
- Understanding technical terminology and skill sets in manufacturing
- Solid organization skills, task and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Professional, flexible, highly motivated and has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
