Job Summary
Lift heavy objects, move furniture, and perform hard physical labour while wearing full PPE including respirators and N95 masks. Respond to disaster scenarios involving water damage, fire and smoke, mould, asbestos, and biohazardous sites. Conduct cleaning of heavily soiled units and final post-construction cleaning of entire units, including dusting, mopping, and wiping ceiling fixtures. Work full-time Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 with an on-call rotation every four weeks requiring after-hours availability for seven days.
