Job Summary
Conduct hands-on production labour for general tube and steel processing, including drilling, linishing, pressing, and stainless steel polishing. Operate machinery and perform dimensional and quality checks on the job while reporting NCRs, corrections, and safety issues immediately. Participate in stocktakes, ensure neat steel storage and clear walkways, and leave work areas clean with tools returned. Induct and train staff in machine use when required, assist dispatch, and load/unload trucks if inducted. Work a 10-hour day shift with a 4-day week plus overtime opportunities. Requires a current Australian driver's licence and 2 years of manufacturing experience.
