Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to create tailored treatment plans addressing unique needs and goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Deliver high-quality patient care by applying advanced techniques and continuous assessment methods to track progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Provide supportive consultation and education to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge for successful recovery. Work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes through shared insights and integrative care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the efficacy of practice operations. This full-time role is based onsite at the Old Bridge, New Jersey rehabilitation center, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
  • Demonstrated clinical experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in a related practice setting
  • Valid CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and documentation capabilities
  • A commitment to fostering strong therapeutic relationships that enhance patient trust and compliance

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with specialized treatment modalities or certifications (e.g., manual therapy techniques, dry needling)
  • Prior experience in a rehabilitation or community health setting
  • Active participation in local or national physical therapy associations
