Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, utilizing tools such as goniometers, muscle strength testing, and patient history assessments. Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy techniques, tailored exercise regimens, and electrotherapy. Deliver hands-on care, continuously monitoring patient responses to therapy and adapting interventions to enhance recovery processes. Provide education on body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and rehabilitation techniques, empowering patients to take charge of their recovery. Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate recording of treatment interventions, outcomes, and any modifications to treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care. Engage in regular professional development, including attendance at workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest physical therapy advancements and practices. Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, compliant with Nevada regulatory requirements
  • Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation environment
  • Proficiency in advanced physical therapy modalities and treatment methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills for accurate patient assessment and personalized treatment adjustment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members
