Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care, daily routines, and mobility while maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Respond promptly to resident needs, communicate changes to the nursing team, and follow established care plans and safety procedures. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers to support their dignity and independence. Maintain reliable attendance, complete daily check-ins, and stay current on assigned training to qualify for the Clinical Excellence Incentive Program. Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification
- Current American Heart Association CPR and First Aid certification
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
