Skilled Marketer to drive growth of BrightStar Care's skilled nursing services through developing referral relationships with physicians, pharmacies, hospital discharge planners, nurse case managers, and workers' compensation professionals, while leading digital marketing initiatives to increase online presence and generate qualified leads. Responsibilities include in-person visits with referral sources, territory growth planning for West Central Las Vegas, Southwest Las Vegas, and Henderson, and managing digital marketing activities such as SEO, Google Business Profiles, online directories, review platforms, local search visibility, content related to skilled nursing services, and analytics to track referral activity, admissions, and revenue. Required qualifications emphasize healthcare marketing experience, success in generating referrals, proficiency in SEO, CRM, website analytics, content marketing, and strong communication and program-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience
- Proven success generating healthcare referrals and business growth
