Job Summary
The Skilled Maintenance Technician at The Royal Group will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining and repairing assembly equipment, overseeing contract work by outside vendors, ensuring safe operation of all equipment, and initiating a cost-effective preventative maintenance program. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer competence and experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills
