Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric nursing care as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a G-tube patient in Arlington, TX, with weekend night shifts (7p-7a). Responsibilities include delivering nursing services within licensure scope, maintaining up-to-date clinical records, evaluating and adjusting care plans in collaboration with physicians, mentoring new staff during orientations, educating patients and caregivers on care needs, participating in QA/PPI programs (QAPI), ensuring compliance and confidentiality, and performing duties as assigned. Role requires travel to patients' homes, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and flexibility for varying shift lengths and days, including weekends. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR card/certificate with in-person skills check
- Hep B Screening
- TB Screening
