Job Summary
Provide nursing care according to each patient's plan of care, assess patients and monitor changes in condition, and administer medications and treatments as ordered. Educate patients and families on care needs while communicating with physicians and the care team. Complete required clinical documentation for each visit. Maintain a valid driver's license and own device with internet access to manage schedules and charting within the 30-mile service area around Borger and Pampa. Earn $30 per visit with weekly pay for PRN hours. Join a locally owned, faith-based agency offering one-on-one patient care, 24/7 support, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own device and reliable internet connection
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
