Job Summary
Deliver nursing care based on individualized plans of care while monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes. Provide medications and treatments as ordered, reinforce care instructions with patients and families, and communicate with physicians and the care team. Maintain accurate visit documentation using your own device and internet connection for charting. Work PRN shifts with weekly pay at $30 per visit plus incentives across Tulia, Hereford, and a 30-mile radius. Requires a current Texas LVN license, one year of experience, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Join a locally owned, faith-based agency offering 24/7 clinical support and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
