Job Summary
Conduct manual labour, cleaning, and site preparation tasks including raking, shoveling, unloading trucks, digging trenches, and removing debris. Operate hand tools as directed while working safely around heavy construction equipment. Perform other labour duties as assigned. Full-time, permanent employment with 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days per week, earning overtime after eight hours and double time after twelve hours. Requires one year of civil construction experience and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year proven civil construction experience for a privately held or family-owned general contracting business is preferred
