Job Summary
Use hand and power tools to mix, pour, and spread concrete while building forms for walls, slabs, and footings. Operate equipment including skid steers, aerial lifts, and telehandlers with valid tickets, and assist with site setup, clean-up, and trenching. Follow all safety rules and use required PPE while working outdoors in all weather conditions. This role requires experience in three or more construction tasks and the ability to manage time with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications
- Experience in 3+ construction tasks/trades
- Concrete skills: pouring, spreading, finishing
- Able to use hand and power tools safely
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting
- Valid equipment tickets (skid steer, aerial lift, telehandler)
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work at heights
- Handle strenuous tasks
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Use required PPE
- Able to climb ladders
- Work around heavy equipment
- Good coordination and manual dexterity
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Good communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Able to manage time and work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and teamwork
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to improving how work gets done
