Job Summary
Maintenance-oriented contract role for Skilled Laborer handling routine outdoor cooling equipment maintenance, air filtration replacement, coil cleaning, and use of hand tools. Must follow established procedures and site safety policies; OSHA 10 certification required; favorable for mechanically inclined individuals with strong safety awareness and reliable attendance. Competitive pay up to $30/hour, project-based work with benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays) and employee referral program.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, construction, or related field preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to use hand tools safely
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to pass a background check
